- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I shipped 2 boxes from this location and Chris (manager) helped me, one of the boxes was destroyed and the contents are now missing. He opened a claim for me and said unfortunately UPS rejected my claim because the box used to ship did not meet UPS standards. Mind you I used the same exact box in which it was shipped in. I said Chris you never told me the box didn't meet the criteria and that I relied him to take care of this. So I guess to use this location you have to be a shipping expert because the manager is not thorough enough , or simply doesn't care about his job and the customers.By Noemi Pedraza, August 24, 2017
