- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆HORRIBLE!!! I went to them to get out of some credit card debt I had with Chase an they said "WE CAN LOWER YOUR INTEREST RATE." But it turns out they put me into more debt with them.. didnt lower my rates and increased what i owed. DONT TRUST THIS BANK or thier EMPLOYEES!!! When I tried calling them at the bank they never answer and my personal banker changed her phone number!! I had to contact corporate and open a complaint. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I switched from Chase to Citi becasue I heard good reviews. That was a mistake... I deposited my payroll check and all they released to me was $10.00! I had a family emergency come up and they did NOTHING to help me with making MY money available. As a customer this is very upsetting. Customer service said one thing and the horrific Upland branch said another. I felt as thought they don't care about me as a customer.
